From cleaning classrooms to performing skilled maintenance work, our employees ensure that our schools are safe and comfortable places for students to learn. The services we provide positively impact the education of students and staff.

In addition to maintaining the School Facilites we maintain 39 housing units.

WORK ORDERS

The Maintenance Department operates on a Work Order system. A Work Order must be submitted before any work can be scheduled. They are addressed and completed based on priority.

Please be advised, if you have a condition that is presenting an immediate threat to the health or safety of students or staff, please contact someone immediately via telephone.

Once a Work Order is submitted and approved by the Maintenance Supervisor, a copy of the Work Order is provided to the appropriate staff for completion.  We strive to complete Work Orders as quickly, efficiently and cost effectively as possible.
